What we process

Resize Relay processes uploaded images to generate resized outputs. In browser mode, processing occurs on your device. Server Boost may process files in transient server memory for larger files.

Data we store

We store account and billing-related profile data required to manage subscriptions and credits, including email address and Stripe customer references.

Optional print orders

Print previews save the prepared photo and sheet on your device for up to 24 hours, with expired drafts removed on your next visit. You can delete these files earlier. Print photos are not uploaded. A 30-day secure browser cookie and hashed server-side recovery credentials protect access to orders. Recovery codes remain in local browser storage until removed. We retain order and payment records for fulfillment and billing; deleting a local photo does not delete the purchase. Recovery restores the order, not a deleted photo.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Resize Relay does not store full card details. Billing events are used to update subscription and credit status.

Pasted requirements

When you paste a portal’s photo requirement into the checker, we record the individual words our parser could not understand — things like “35mm” or “glasses” — so we can teach it to read them. We do not store what you pasted, and we never store a phrase or a sentence: the text is split into single words first. Each word is kept on its own, with no identifier, no session, no IP address and no timestamp finer than the date, so the words cannot be reassembled into the text they came from. Anything that looks like an email address, a web link, a phone number or a reference number is discarded rather than shortened. We only ever look at a word once it has appeared several times from different people, and every record is deleted after 120 days. Your image is never part of this.
