Why can’t my image hit an exact size target?

Very strict targets can fail when the source image is large or detailed. Lower dimensions slightly or switch to JPEG/WebP.

When should I use Server Boost?

Use Server Boost for larger files or when browser-only processing can’t reach your target.

Does PNG support strict size targeting?

PNG is lossless and may not reach strict KB/MB targets. JPEG and WebP are better for exact size limits.

How many files can I process at once?

Free and credit usage process one file at a time. Pro supports batch uploads up to 10 files.

Do I need an account to resize?

You can use the free resize without signing in. Sign in is required for credits, Pro, and billing management.

Where do I manage my subscription?

Sign in and use the Manage billing action in the app to open your Stripe billing portal.

I paid for a credit but don’t see it yet. What should I do?

Wait briefly for Stripe webhook sync, then refresh. If it still does not appear, contact support with your payment email.

Are my images stored?

No. Files are processed in memory or ephemeral buffers and are not retained after processing.
